Osaka City University (OCU) and Chulalonkorn University already have a long history of exchange projects between individual faculties and graduate schools. The first official exchange agreement was signed between the OCU Graduate School of Literature & Human Sciences and the Chulalongkorn Universitiy Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts in 2002. This was followed by an agreement between the OCU Urban Research Plaza and the Chulalongkorn University Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts in 2008 and an agreement between both faculties of Science in 2009. Many exchange projects have been carried out over these years.

Last week, on 4 and 5 March 2013, the 11^th jointly-organized forum took place at Chulalongkorn University. The occasion was used to re-establish the already close relationship between our universities, by expanding our cooperation into a university-wide academic exchange agreement.

The agreement was signed on 4 March 2013 by President Kamolratanakul of Chulalongkorn University and President Nishizawa of OCU.
OCU looks at this new agreement as a new step in the relation between our universities and looks forward to many more exchange projects.
